Pet Fee:
$300 for 1 pet
$400 for 2 pets
Pet Rent:
$10 per month per pet
Restricted breeds: Pit Bull, Doberman Pincher, Rotweiler, Chow Chow, Staffordshire Terrier and Bull Mastiff.
Max of 2 pets allowed per apartment
50 LB weight limit
