We go into each apartment home to make sure it's move in ready by completing a full paint, a professional clean and a professional carpet clean (if your apartment has carpeting). One of our maintenance team members also checks each apartment to make sure all appliances are fully functional and there are no other issues.
You do not have to be present for work to be done. You will get a notification once your service has been completed.
Enter your service request online through our resident portal and our maintenance team will take care of it for you.
If you are locked out after our normal busines hours you will be required to contact a locksmith for assistance. If you are locked out during our normal business hours we will be more than happy to assist you.
Resident and guest parking is available on-site.
For your convienence we have a 24-hour gym, a year round beautiful pool and deck including loungers and grills. We are expanding our amenities to include a 24 hour mail center as well as a bike storage room and a full social clubhouse. We also partner with Valet Living for your valet trash needs.
Pets need love too! We accept most breeds and have a weight limit of 50 pounds. There is a 2 pet maximum.
The appliances included in every apartment are a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and a washer and dryer.
We do not offered furnished apartments but can recommend furniture rental companies if needed.
Applications can take 2-3 days for approval. Once an application is submitted and goes through the proper verification process.
We accept check, money order or cashiers check in the leasing office. The preferred payment method is through the online portal.
Yes. Every resident is required to purchase and maintain renters insurance for the duration of the lease agreement.
You have the option of using Comcast, ATT or Google Fiber.
The George and Leonard does allow you to terminate your lease early if needed. A 30 days notice will be required as well as a 60 day buyout fee.
Your electricity is serviced through Georgia Power. Our community is 100% electric so you will only need this service through them.
We do not include any utilities in the rental amounts however we do bill water/sewer usage to your rental account monthly.
We are on the Marta bus line and a very short walking distance to the Marta railway.
We are in the Atlanta Public school district.
We are located on Memorial Dr. which is easily accessible from 75/85 and I20.

I love it! Management is great, very communicative and responsive. Security seems to be taken seriously here. I love that the elevators are secured and there's no keypad at the gate so you don't have to worry about codes being shared and random people having access to your door/vehicle.
